Lacombe County prepares billing for multi-lot subdivisions and communities offering Water, Wastewater, and Garbage Services.

  • Aspelund Industrial Park (Wastewater and Water Services)
  • Blissful Beach, Kuusamo Krest, Palm Bay, The Slopes, Westside Country Estates, and Yiull (Wastewater Services)
  • Hamlet of Mirror (Wastewater, Water and Garbage Services)
  • Lakeview Estates (Water Services)
  • Wildrose Business Park (Wastewater and Water Services)

Lacombe County ONLY provides garbage services to the Hamlet of Mirror, please visit Garbage Collection for local contractors to hire for personal garbage pickup needs.

Lacombe County DOES NOT provide Gas or Electrical Services, please visit here for provider details.

Payment Information

There are many ways to pay taxes, licenses, utilities, and other services at Lacombe County:

  • By mail to: Lacombe County, RR3, Lacombe, AB T4L 2N3
    In Person: At the County Office (40403 RGE RD 274, Lacombe County, AB) during office hours (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.). 
  • Deposited in the envelope mailbox located at the road entrance to the County office (do not submit cash).
  • Electronically: Through electronic payment methods, including internet banking and for businesses, electronic funds transfer (EFT).
  • By Credit Card: pay through OptionPay, a secure third-party site, to make payment by credit card.
    Please note that there is a fee for this service. Lacombe County does not receive any of the credit card fees.
